The Consumer Behavior Special Interest Group of the American Marketing Association (AMA CBSIG) enhances thought leadership, community, and the development of professional knowledge through insight into, and opportunities to study and teach, issues related to problems important to practicing marketers.

Through our activities, we support the professional development and thought leadership of CBSIG members in building on/developing content important to practicing marketers, consumers, and other academics.

We recently held our second conference, 2024 CBSIG Vienna.
