Ryan Hamilton is Associate Professor of Marketing at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He received his PhD in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is an award-winning teacher and researcher, whose research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Management Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and Journal of the Association of Consumer Research.
Professor Hamilton co-authored a book and co-hosts a podcast, both called, The Intuitive Customer, which apply the insights from consumer psychology to effectively managing customer experiences. He has also produced two lecture series, “Critical Business Skills for Success: Marketing” and “How You Decide: The Science of Human Decision Making,” for The Great Courses.
